Papertrey May Blog Hop Challenge

This month's Papertrey Blog Hop Challenge asked us to use a rainbow of cheerful colors and, of course, get creative.  Our inspiration was this photo.

I do love to see rainbow colors in a design, but I don't often find myself actually producing a card with the whole spectrum of hues.  Therefore I purposely did one card with that goal.  Then found myself creating a second card with a limited range of colors.
And here is my second card just for fun.

Using Vellum to Soften Patterns

I had to find my stash of vellum to participate in this week's Make-it-Monday challenge.  I used to add it to scrapbook pages and loved making flowers with it, but today it covers the majority of my card.  I used the Papertrey Ink Graceful Greetings and Bitty Bouquets stamp sets to add my sentiment and a touch of flowers.
